Other Policies
We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from the date of the order. Most of the orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. In the event of unforseseen events, lock downs or natural calamities the delivery shall be delayed and the expected date delivery will be communicated to the customer over an email/telephone call.
If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the courier company shall hold the parcel only for 2 working days and will send back the parcel to us on the 3rd day, to resend the same order again actual courier charges will be applicable. Our customer care will do their best to coordinate with the customer / shipping partner to complete the delivery.
Please note that cancellations have to be made before shipping, once the order is shipped it cannot be canceled. For pre shipping cancellation send us an email to aalayamselveer@gmail.com with the subject titled as Order Cancellation – “Your Order Number” and the reason for your cancellation. We will refund the entire order amount after validation within 48 Hours after receiving the cancellation request.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, we will provide replacements in the following circumstances:
• Genuine manufacturing defect
• Damage in the product received
• Package damaged in transit
• In case wrong item has been shipped to you
In case the package appears damaged, crushed, wet or leaked from the outside please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. If you find the damage once you open the parcel, please report the damage to us within 48 hours of the delivery of the product through email. To notify us on the damage you can call our customer care at 04449580123(9.30 AM to 6 PM – Monday to Saturday) or email to aalayamselveer@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. Please mention the following information in the email:
• Order Number
• Damaged product name and quantity
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged products
We will review your replacement request and confirm if the request is approved on email within 24 hours. Once approved, we will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional costs, In case the replacement product is not available in stock, we may contact you to choose a different product or refund the purchase cost to you. The refund process will take 2 working days.
Subject to the conditions mentioned in our “Cancellation Policy” and any “Return & Replacement Policy” we shall transfer the eligible refund amount to your bank account. Kindly allow us 2 working days to process the refund.
